Recurring billing occurs on the 1st of each month. When you sign up, you will be billed immediately for your first box.
Nupe Swagg boxes are shipped the 25th through the end of the month. If you subscribe after the 10th of the month, your first box will be shipped the following month.
For our Nupe Swagg monthly subscription, we bill regularly on the first of each month and ship between the 25th and the end of each month. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your Nupe Swagg is ready to ship so that you may follow it to your doorstep.
If we made an error packing your Nupe Swagg Box, the exchange will be processed promptly and free of charge. There are no refunds for Nupe Swagg Boxes unwanted by you. All other exchanges and/or refunds are eligible within seven (7) days of delivery.
Monthly Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your account portal at nupeswagg.com. If you’ve already been billed for the current month’s Nupe Swagg box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. Your 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions can only be canceled within the first month, however, you are able to stop auto-renewal of 3-month, 6-month, 12-month subscriptions at any time.

Your Nupe Swagg box is designed, and manufactured by our team to ensure a delightful monthly surprise.
Login to your www.NupeSwagg.com account, select the account icon at the top of the page, log in, then navigate to the "manage account" under your subscription account type. Then select the "edit" button next to shipping details on the left side of the screen.
